Favour Stud Racing is very gratefull for the 9 winners produced in a over the last 3 months in racing centres accross South Africa.

Our progeny keeps our aim of producing quality Thouroughbred horses high, and Favour Stud believes that our talented runners will continue to make their mark and our flags will continue to flaunt high.

Rave King had an awesome race and WON comfortably with pilot Raymond Danielson making it look way too at the easy in the MR 72 HANDICAP (Open) over the 1600m trip at Fairview.

Oh so Modus, the big hearted horse just never gives up. What a super patient ride by Callan Murray at  the CONDITIONS STAKES (Open) on 12 February 2016. Since there was no pace in the race, he was forced to take the lead over the 2400m race. They just kept on rolling to WIN by 0.75 lengths. Congratulations to his owner Mr. E Strooh.

Al Lunam gave a remarkable performance to win the MR 66 HANDICAP on Monday 15 February 2016 -  under pilot Fanie Chambers. We trust that he will pick up more as he goes along. Well done to his trainer Corne Spies Racing Stables. May there be many more.

Haizi's Daizy ran a cracking race, popped out the pens and pricked her ears as she came into the straight to WIN by 1 length over the 1400m MAIDEN PLATE (F and M) (For Maiden Fillies and Mares) trip. Pilot Muzi Yeni made it look so easy.

Elusive Wolf (ELUSIVE FORT out of the mare WILD WOLVERINE) ran a cracking race at Greyville MAIDEN PLATE over the 1400m. This only being his 3rd run, master Anthony Delpech steered him home, to WIN by 0.75 lengths. We want to congratulate his trainer, Dennis Bosch and the owners PT Reily and SM Jenier on this super run.  Elusive Wolf was a Cape Premier purchase in 2013. A beautiful well balanced grey.

Rahvar wins by 2.25 lenghts

Rahvar – (Son of Var out of the mare Rocking and Raving) took the lead over the 1600m Maiden trip at Kenilworth. There was just no stopping him.He ended up winning by 2.25 lengths at the 2 Jauary 2016 SOPHOMORE SPRINT MAIDEN PLATE. We want to thank Glen Puller, his trainer, and Christopher Puller, his pilot for the awesome WIN

Kings Fire

Kings Fire with Pilot Muzi Yeni

Kings Fire finally cracked the MAIDEN PLATE to win over the 1200m against the boys. Though her prep did not go as planned, and having a bad start out the gates, she was finishing strong. Pilot Muzi Yeni didn’t panic, and got her up to WIN by 0.25 lengths in an eye catching fashion.

Fly like the Wind

Fly like the Wind had a super WIN by 1 length in the Graduation Plate MR 72 HANDICAP (Open) race over the 1600m on 4/12/15 at Fairview on Turf.  His pilot Greg Cheyne coached him nicely in the closing stages.

Oh So Modus just keeps on improving, and what a super run from him in the 2000m PINNACLE STAKES (Open) race to WIN by 2.25 lengths. All the thanks to his pilot Greg Cheyne for just allowing him to settle and travel in the race. Greg just always makes it look so easy. Top class.
